Mr. Goulbourne has over 18 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition industry. He has worked in various roles starting as a source,  part of a special national S.W.A.T recruiting division for a Tier (3) consulting firm. He has gone on to become a principal recruiter, Subject matter expert, Sales Director, Vice President of Business Development, and Principal at Denali Technical Staffing expert. His expertise spans across industries such as IT, Financial, Insurance, Health, Utility, Defense, and Academic sectors.

He works with some of the largest defense contractors in the world providing all levels of cleared individuals for OCONUS and CONUS projects in the intelligence community, the Pentagon, and various sectors of the military. Other areas include but are not limited to companies like ICIC ( the largest bank in India ) offshore/onshore, Bank of America, Bank of Tokyo, and Amazon.

He has also been involved with successful non-profits and strategic business partnerships. One that fully accomplished its mission and one of the lead partners in Massachusetts was the Boston Computer Society. Now as a Board Member of Blacks on Wall Street,   he is focused on growing programs through developing business partnerships. Additionally, as a member, he is involved in creating a critical role in developing a STEM partnership with global partners, the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association, AFCEA International, in conjunction with other strategic partnerships he is developing.
