Stephanie Barimah is passionate about driving others towards purposeful career success and has long been an advocate for African-American achievement. She co-founded and is the Chief Operations Officer of the nonprofit organization, Blacks on Wall Street, Inc., Additionally, Stephanie drives operational excellence in organizations and individuals. Stephanie is a Senior HR Generalist at Columbia University Medical Center, where she also co-founded the MAPP to CU healthcare mentorship and pipeline program for high school students. Stephanie is also a Career Coach and owner of Career Matchmaker, a company that coaches professionals towards finding and working in careers that they love. As a lifelong learner, Stephanie is enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Columbia Business School, where she is the Vice President of Careers and Alumni of the Black Business Students Association. Stephanie holds a degree in Management from Boston College Carroll School of Management and was previously named 30 under 30 by the Alumni Association of Cathedral High School.
