I owe much of my success to Blacks on Wall Street. The level of exposure I continuously get from this esteemed organization is a direct correlation to my career development. I hope my testimony can inspire others to take control of their lives and strive for more when given the opportunity. That is what Blacks on Wall Street continues to do and I look forward to my role in helping that cause.

Listening to how Npower helped the lives of many alumni who were present was a sight to see. Also getting the chance to speak to the panelists & other guests gave me a boost of motivation to continue improving myself, striving for my goals, and networking with a variety of people to not only build connections but build potential friendships, partnerships, and communities for the future

Without a doubt, these students were positively impacted by this event. The event itself was a beacon of light. It was a transformative night and the speakers gave to these young scholars the hope of a better future, hope of economic success, hope of possibility of gaining skills and support in order to fully participate as citizens of this modern era.

The Black wealth gap in America is a systemic issue stemming from historical injustices like slavery, segregation, and discriminatory policies. Tony Mayo is an accomplished Senior Executive in business and technology with extensive years of experience across banking, agricultural, entertainment, consumer products, and recreation industries. Various positions included CTO at Dreyfus Corporation and Managing Director at The Bank of New York Mellon.

This award celebrates the organization's impactful initiatives and consistent support for educational and leadership development among students in the district.

STEM amid COVID-19 The Blacks in STEM discussion targeted high school students from the New York and New Jersey area. It was held over Zoom and attended by approximately 100 students. Blacks in STEM consisted of a panel discussion and open forum, carried by several Black leaders in business development, medicine, military, and technology.
